Our New Offices

Aren’t these QR codes cool?  We’re using a QR code on the back of our new business cards instead of our current printed offer.  That way, we are not stuck with old offers and can react quickly to promote a new product or service without throwing away 100 business cards.

We’re on the 2nd floor of the building on the left.  At the top of the landing, you’ll find a glass door into our offices.

Straight ahead there’s a monitor on the wall that will be above a credenza with any marketing material we are currently displaying.

To the right, we have a conference room and big screen TV/Monitor for presentations and education.  That room has the beautiful arched window that overlooks the front circular driveway.
Ellen’s desk stands at the the top of the stairs to greet all visitors.
The Service Department / Devin’s Office
To the left of that, David’s office is large and has a table for morning meetings with the techs.  He’ll also has a TV/ Monitor in his office for training.
Before After
Continuing left and down the hall you’ll find the client care support team.   Debbie has the corner and has made her space homey with a lamp and accessories.
Opposite them are the kitchen (with dishwasher!) and the bathrooms.
The Hospitality Table is always filled with coffee, tea, water and snacks for everyone.

At the end of the hall a glass door proclaims: “Web Department  / Training Center.”   This large room has Danielle and Abe’s desks as well as the ability for training for up to 12.  The 55″ flat screen TV is a focal point for the room.

Go through the Web Department and you find Pam’s office.  She has a meeting table and a sitting area where she and David plan to video weekly tech updates to broadcast out to our clients.
