One of the emergencies calls that stands out in my mind took place when we backed up data from our DVR surveillance system and had law enforcement involved trying to view security footage. We were unable to view the footage taken from the surveillance system and the company that provided the hardware for us was unavailable despite my many urgent phone calls to them. I immediately called ACT and explained my problem to Devin, one of the senior techs at ACT, and within 10 minutes he had located all the necessary software downloads to allow the detective to continue his investigation. This outage affected over 30 users and without email we were dead in the water. I called Devin on his cell phone and he was able to fix all of our issues from his house and within an hour. All this was accomplished without having to travel to our office which is an hour and a half away.

I can't say enough good things about ACT and their support team. All service calls have been great and EVERY time we have had a problem, it's been resolved within a reasonable amount of time. I love your "remote support" solution and yes, it is very effective at reducing the necessity of onsite service calls and eliminating expensive onsite visits. However, I have a business to run and I am not overly concerned with cost. I care more about resolving the problem and getting whatever was down, up and running again.
